Over the last decade, he has automated error-prone processes across Customer Success, Sales, and Support — while working with organizations including Oracle, IBM, and Hitachi on complex data and AI challenges.

He holds a degree in Symbolic Systems from Stanford University, one of the earliest AI programs in the country, and has been building AI-driven solutions since 2014.

Claro Solutions is based in Parker, Colorado.
